It's a good sign for England that they played badly and still won well.
But they'll need to do better against Wales if they want to get out of the group.

Personally I'd have brought Burgess on sooner. Barrit was poor and against a physical team like Fiji I'd want a centre who can punch holes

Not sure if its the same in union, but pretty much every try from a kick in league is sent to the video ref purely to check for offside, so I get that. What annoyed me was the TMO chirping in during normal play. He should be consulted for tries and the reason to restart the game. Not calling up someone being pulled out of a maul 5 mins after the fact.
