Kinda, I've lost all power over here. I'm typing this on my phone.

One of our neighbour's trees has been blown over :?

My net had been down for the past 14 hours and one of my back fences were blown over. Got a £800 quote to get it fixed, think I might do it myself with a bag of cement and a few poles.

I was a block paver. Did this all the time. Just dig decent sized holes. Get that quick drying cement and chuck the poles in. Just make sure match up and are all the same size. Don't think we ever charged people £800 for that tho lol.

You can just put bricks in to keep it in place but those quick drying cement bags don't cost much anyway.

You see that's where the economy is going wrong... this perception that polish people are better at this kind of thing. I reckon a couple of scots or a good old English man would be just as effective....................
