Note to all 3CB Members (Forum Ranks)

I've changed around the forum ranks to match the upcoming unit structure.

If you are a recruit or marine and do not have a forum rank to match then post here and I'll fix it.

Is it no easier to train everyone to a level, and then sections will be ad hoc e.g 1st Come, 1st Serve....This means with 16 players you will have 2 full sections rather than say one section of 6 and two section of 5? Just wondering feel free to shoot me down?

The unit structure will be used only once a month when we play an OP.

Every other time it will be just fill the ranks.

As Serjames said - everyone's ranks have been adjusted according to where they are needed in the unit structure at this time.
