The guys are right the British kit from A3:OA was never that nice. most people quickly switched over to UKF, or P:UKF kit. Which was better modeled and more up to-date.
I would suggest we remain open minded - the configs and fixes that cup have applied to the released BIS files is probably re-usable onto trixies kit... I.e. UGLs Sights etc.
Trixies kit has certain weapons I'd like to keep in the game i.e. L129-A1 not available anywhere else at the moment.
Apart from that I'd accept the L85 and L86 variants, L110, L7A2's etc from CUP.
Also worth bearing in mind Flax and his crew, busy modelling new up-to-date versions (
see here)
Also longer term I wanted to suggest adding the modern Day sights we use, i.e.
Darth's RKSL attachment pack - it's by far the best modeled yet.

Ultimately to get our skins in game and make it simple to use I would suggest we go with CUP as it's available (imminently Apollo) - will be generic - and most communities will use it. So our Skins would be more relevant for them.
We can always over-configure our own unique flavour as do most of the other British units with either individual weapons from Trixies - unpacked and re-packed in or with configs calling RKSL attachments etc.
