VTS Weapon resting

Weapon resting is in CSE.

The mod pack is currently frozen (unless Jamie changes his mind again!) while we test everything, so although you can discuss what mods you like they won't get added for some time.

The problem is that although it is in CSE, it's almost inoperable. I have yet to succeed in using it other than when prone.

agreed it's not as good as AGM - you need a bipod attached for it to work well.
