RESTARTING THE SERVER

Can I make a plea..

Whoever is re-starting the public server you MUST select Veteran difficulty before you press re-start..

It's seriously winding me up to find a map that's NOT initialised properly - i.e. has markers all over it, which means the scripts won't run properly and people will have a bad experience.

make them wait before joining, Check the markers are ALL off the map screen before you hit continue.

To top this off - all the unit markers are visible which means we see all the Red Opfor hiding on the map - that sucks..

So if it doesn't stop we will be changing the password to prevent people being able to change it.

Please think before you hit re-start or re-assign... MAKESURE the map is set to veteran. It will ALWAYS default to regular..

Choose your map

Choose the mission

Top left had side... SET TO VETERAN

I agree.
I've had to restart it a number of times because it was on Regular when I arrived.

OK Lassari figured it out..

We were having some late night visitors from who knows where who were "voting" themselves admins and then changing the settings.

I've now disabled that feature.
