Gents!

Op start time will be 1930 Hours GMT. 

Non members(remember when applying you need 2 votes from members best way would be on a busy night) and recruits this is your time to shine. Come along even if its for an hour get some experience in a different role within the team. 

Come along someone who can record the session would be beneficial also id like to get a promotional video going.

Anyone is welcome members and non members to take part in this operation.

Mission INFO:

Operation Victor II
 
Recently US Militaryhave made 2 attempts to retrieve a Hostage from Kallista. Due to their small force left and base being 200 miles west. We have been asked to take over. As we are Marines we accepted.
 
3CB acted quickly by sending a UAV to the AO. Unfortunately it was shot down before any intel could be gathered on how big IS forces are.
 
We will be going in blind. We do not know what support IS have or the size of their presence.
 
It is vital we have AT and plenty of Ammunition for this operation. We can not estimate how long we will be in the AO. 
 
Vehicles will be loaded with supplies and Supply runs will be available from air.
 
Top Secret intel:
 
For our own safety 3CB sent a REC after USA's first attempt. The best and most advanced. REC provided us with a route and additional intel IS have possible IED teams along the route. We suspect them to be held up in compounds.
 
Due to the lack of intel 3CB do not know what the Hostage looks like. All civilians are to be treated as the Hostage. P i D every target.
 
We will have the element of surprise in Kallista. IS think they are to strong for another attack. 
 
The Hostage is located in Kallista South West of our position. We are to mount up in a convoy down the route provided by REC. BINNAZ is to be cleared to ensure a safe route home.

MISSION UPDATE:

During the first advance the SAS was able to push through Derya through to Salimah and clear most compound up to Binnaz. Unfortunately the SAS was low on supplies and without any Air support retreated back to Camp Citadel. Since daylight broke out the SAS have been pulled and re-tasked to aid Marines in Syria. 

3CB have taken Operation Victor II on board and come up with a strategy. Troop Commander Mne.Parker has gathered up all the support he can to convoy South East to Kallista. We are to speed through Binnaz clear it and move on to LZ VIC VIC which will act as our FOB until we have a hold in Kallista.

SAS punched a hole for us. Lets not let them down on completing the operation at hand. 

A Warrior will be acting as the Troop vehicle and to escort the hostage out if AA is present. The rest of the convoy are to mount up in Jackals.

We will be moving out at dawn.


 
Assets we have available are as follows.
 
CAS Support/Logistics(1 Pilot Only/2 If numbers permit).
 
2 x Warriors
 
Ridgebacks and Jackals/Coyotes will also be available.
 
Major Slots will be listed so a briefing can be done.
 
1-0 - Parker
1-0-FAC - Robbie
 

Parker - no need to set roles.. That's the point this is a free for all.... Suggest a brief in mission...

I'll be attending - I'm available for either pilot or ground roles depending on what's more useful at the time.

Understood Troop and FAC is taken due to requirements

No worries pick anything id need a warrior driver for 1 troop if you fancy it or whiskey your choice

I should definitely be able to attend this time; I'd be available for most ground roles (comfortable with leading but not yet used to some aspects of medic or explosives) or a pilot if you need one, though I think there'll be plenty of volunteers for that job.

Excellent padfoot, what ever role you want to take mate first come first serve basis
