I'm pleased to announce that the following people have been promoted:

While some of the Officers have been less active recently (myself included), Arka and Lifetap have regularly stepped up and took control of things to help make sure 3CB continues to run smoothly for everyone. They've been doing fantastic jobs, and I have the greatest confidence that they'll continue to make 3CB a better place.
To all of you - a big thanks for all your contributions to 3CB, it's good to have you with us!
