Am I mad?

I'm in the market for a new mouse since my trusty old faithful cheapo wired mouse gave up the ghost and the wireless one I've robbed from the office (which officially is to facilitate WFH with my laptop) has a VERY dodgy scroll wheel which has led to more than one FUBAR moment.

Having read the other mouse thread and bearing in mind I have 25% off Logitech products I'm leaning towards getting a G502 or G602.

However, I'm now intrigued by the idea of getting a new keyboard, one that has full RGB back lighting and programmable functions. I can think of a few benefits of having a lit keyboard especially when playing as I tend to in a dark room. However the thought of dropping 150+ quid on a G910 for example seems excessive since I don't truly need it.

Does anyone else use such a frivolous addon?

I have a quickfire rapid I but it is tenkeyless so I purchased a ducky pocket for around the same price as the keyboard. I only really bought it so I could show it off as a fancy calculator however except for bringing it to work a couple of times a rarely use it.

I find my backlit keys quire distracting when the room is dark and the G502 is a very good mouse.

I have the G502 and its awesome :)

Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak and to remove all doubt.

Good and ergonomic mouse. Easy to configure the buttons too.

Mouse is ok. I preferred my corsair M90 but they're just not available anymore. I'm like missing one or maybe two thumb buttons but can make do :-). Can't comment on the logi keyboard but love the back lighting on my corsair. It's completely dimmable and a huge benefit in a dark room for me

Not a Logitech but I brought this about 2 months ago and I am very impressed. The quick change in dpi is very handy.

Btw I didn't pay that for it. I think I paid £54.
