I have just been out and picked up rift on the new offer (headset and 2 controllers for £399) as it seemed a pretty good deal

It's a bit mind blowing, I'm mainly playing DCS and robo recall, but I'm finding I'm getting tired pretty quickly, it is amazing though

Yeah got the HTC Vive also.

Elite Dangerous looks awesome but the galaxy map has serious bugs. Trying to search for a destination is a nightmare. Cant just type it as you cant see your keyboard, unless you can touch type.

But all that aside flying is brilliant. That little letter box on the dock is massive and a doddle to fly through.

Got onward but found it to be quite hard to identify friend or foe. The colours just dont seem right. One game i do enjoy is Arizona Sunshine (the game that sold it to me in the first place). Quite scary when you get to the mines with total darkness and a flashlight.

Been looking myself for a game i can really get into, suppose it is early days yet.

I have been pretty much engrossed in DCS since I got mine, but I did see Arizona sunshine, looked pretty good so maybe ill give it a try, I played the demo of echo arena, but that literally made me puke!

How about Star Trek? That looks pretty good and seems to be getting some good reviews?

I have tried DCS and it was good until I banked then my stomach left me. Have not played it since to be honest.

Have not tried Star Trek yet, bit too expensive. Need to wait for it to drop.

I found the motion sickness in DCS ok, Its a bit much in any 'exrtreme' maneuvers but smooth flying is fine, The Huey is a real treat to fly, mainly as its so simple, I cannot fly the A-10 effectively though as there is too much reliance on the CDU.
The Spitfire is also great fun but combat makes me feel sick again.

I agree with burbonizer about the price of star trek, its a bit much, but I am still pretty tempted

Im very glad I jumped off the fence, so far for me, the 'VR' games are so-so,very impressive but a bit shallow, Elite and DCS on the other hand, make it worth the money for me, along with the promise of things to come.
The price is supposed to go up a bit soon too
