German army would be extremely unlikely. There is already prominent mod for that and it is pretty much the standard since the first ArmA when it comes to this. A lot of German units also have a (if you ask me) a rather weird obsession/fan boy behavior when it comes to anything related to that mod.
The French army is also pretty much covered with the R3F mods
China would be great, since they are not extensively covered in the game and it would be something different.
