Public Operation: Poll for December

Hi,

the last possible public operation for this year would be 23.12.2016, which is one day before Christmas eve. The Question is if people are already caught up Christmas or not. So we will run this poll and see how the results are before we announce one or do the next one in January.

We will do a public operation in December. I will also start calling them open events to prevent confusion with public actions.
