Situation
We have been organizing a major assault on the AAF on Altis. Royal marines are about to launch a assault on the airbase/airport on altis. A successful attack would drastically reduce the capability of the AFF to deploy reinforcements and resupplies on Altis.

Mission
The objectives are as followed:
- Move from Camp Phillips
- Assault the following positions:
• The village of Gravia
• The military base west of the airbase
• Capture and hold the airbase against possible counterattacks

Intel
The AAF is well equipped and well trained. Expect to encounter infantry, armoured units (infantry fighting vehicles, main battle tanks) and attack helicopters.

Open to all guests, 3CB Members and Recruits

Slot Reservation
If you would like to take one of the assigned roles (shown at the top) please post your request when you sign-up. .
Players will select roles of choice in this order on joining the game:
1) players that signed up
2) all others that didn't sign up - admin may allocate specific roles

The assigned roles of whisky and section commander can be chosen by anyone, public or 3CB member, however 3CB members have priority of the roleover public players.
Any public player that takes an SL role must have a 3CB member as FTL.
Any public player that takes a pilot role must have a 3CB member as a co-pilot.

I dont know why, but It wont let me add a signup again.....

Beside that we will need another zeus. For this operation I created a simple scenario (straight forward attack). The job of aeobrix and the second zeus will be to create the mission itself (using the usual template) and basically running the mission. I will act as third zeus that will handle requests like: I crashed and need to get back to my section, our jackal flipped over etc. Beside that I will also be present as admin and will take care of trolls/rule breakers if needed. Otherwise I will support the other two zeus operators where needed.

Sorry but recruits are not allowed to act as zeus. However we wouldnt also allow marines (or higher) to act as zeus in something like this without some proper experience with it. This is especially the case since it is a public event.

If you would like to get some experience as zeus, I suggest you become a marine and then ask if you can assist in our regular midweek operations as a second or third zeus.
